We have dedicated detailed information on each of the products throughout the website and this includes all the key options and there is also a wide selection of brochures and technical information.

Considerations When Buying Windows

The style and age of your house are very important factor when choosing bespoke windows and you will need to choose something in keeping with it’s history or take inspiration from other similar local properties.

The next key decision is to decide which material would be best for you, Genesis Collection aluminium windows or uPVC windows. Each has its own attributes and it’s worth doing a little more research to decide which would be best for your purposes.

Then factor in security, window energy rating and colour options and you are well on your way to deciding what will be the best windows for your home.

Considerations When Buying Doors

There are many permutations to take into account when starting your search for a new bespoke door. In the Genesis Collection there are both composite door and uPVC doors both of which are used as Front or Back doors and each has their respective benefits. Once you have made this primary choice you will be able to customise the door exactly as you would like. There are brochures online to help you decide and you will need to select the door style, hardware colour, glazing options and colour combinations. Use the dedicated quote form to help narrow these things down so that we can manufacture your door just how you want it.

Buying Bifold Doors

As with doors and windows, there are some very similar choices to make when choosing bifold doors. The first and most important is whether you would like a Upvc bifold door or an aluminium bifold door. More information on the pros and cons can be found on our bifold doors page.

The uPVC version of the bifold door has a greater variety of woodgrain colours and the aluminium is often chosen for bigger openings due to the structural strength it offers.

Every aspect of both bifold doors is listed on the order and quote form to help you make the right choices in glass, hardware, security and energy rating.
There are a lot of possible permutations so if you need help or advice at any point then please contact one of the Genesis team.

Buying Patio Doors

Patio doors have a very simple design and this means there are thankfully not too many possible permutations to choose from. Once again materials play a big part in the overall construction so you will need to decide if you would like the structural strength over a large span offered by aluminium or if a woodgrain colour in uPVC is more important.

In both aluminium and Upvc the Patio doors are made as 2, 3 or 4 pane systems with the option of a variety of cills to suit most environments.

More specific guidance can be found below on each of the windows and doors in the Genesis Collection.
